Hello, I’m Gareth Jones, an award winning estate agent based in Surbiton. After a rewarding 19 Years at one of the UK’s most well known and demanding agencies I made a decision to do something new. The landscape of buying and selling is changing at a fast rate and I wanted to re-invent how I operated within the property industry. My aim is to put every lesson learned, negotiation and every sold board to work for my clients without the overhead, the target, or the revolving door of junior negotiators between us.
Over the years progressing from negotiator to manager level I oversaw thousands of valuations, instructions and transactions in South West London residential property.

How I am helping others to sell their homes
Since starting out in 2006 my career has taken me through some of the most challenging periods the property market has seen, the financial crisis, Brexit, a global pandemic and the turbulence of rising interest rates. Through every one of those shifts I have helped buyers and sellers find a path forward. Not by ignoring the difficulty but by understanding it and working honestly with clients to navigate it.
One area where I’ve built particular expertise in addition to freehold houses is leasehold property. Short leases, ground rent complications, service charge disputes, missing freeholders — these are the kinds of issues that can derail a sale and leave people feeling lost. Over the years I’ve developed the knowledge, the contacts and the patience to guide clients through even the most complex leasehold situations, and I’m proud that many transactions I’ve been involved in would simply not have completed without that specialist understanding
